• The design should facilitate ease of use and access, ample natural lighting, adequate living spaces, etc.
• Consideration of environmentally-friendly/green initiatives.
• Deep headrooms, doors and windows for ample natural light and ventilation; with the staircases being a main aesthetic feature of the individual dwelling units.
• Consideration of the use of naturally-occurring finishing materials such as stone, wood, granite, sand, etc.
• Private terraces for individual dwelling units.
