Messrs. Purple Capital Partners Limited approached us in August 2013 with respect to their desire for the development of a retail mall with 6600 sq.m. gross lettable area (GLA), and engaged us to initially serve as client representatives, and latterly as Tenant Coordinators on the project. In the former role, we served as the liaison between the client and the relevant project team members and some of the regulatory authorities; whilst in the latter role, we oversaw the design and fit-out work for the tenants within the Mall.

The project was completed in April 2016, and commissioned in June 2016.
