Key requirements for the mall development included:

• Optimal design for a Shoprite Mini as an anchor tenant with minimum 1200 sq.m. GLA, complete with all the support services required such as delivery bay, cold room, dedicated service access, power generating area, waste disposal, etc.
• Due consideration for safe and speedy evacuation of ALL building occupants in the unlikely event of a fire/smoke hazard.
• Consideration for provision of minimum 125 no. parking spaces, in addition to a minimum of 5 no. disabled parking spaces; with the final design exceeding both minimum requirements.
• Provision of modular shop sizes to ensure the flexibility and scalability of leased spaces.
