Abiodun Thomas

Project Lead Architect

Abiodun THOMAS is an architect with 15years’ post-graduation experience across a wide range of building types ranging from single-family dwelling units to multi-family luxury apartments, commercial offices’ development and redevelopment, places of worship, educational institutions and retail outlets.

He has also gained core competence in construction projects’ advisory roles, project research and construction project management; with over 5 years of hands-on work experience across various sectors in the built environment.

He holds a BSc. Degree in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria; as well as an MSc. Degree in Digital Architecture from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Newcastle, United Kingdom.

Some of the clients he has worked for over the past decade as an architectural assistant, architect, senior architect and project manager at Siji Dosekun Partnership include: UACN Property Development Company Plc, Zenon Petroleum and Gas Limited, Access Bank Plc, Tastee Fried Chicken, Richard Jaden, Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Meristem Securities Limited, Emmyson Limited amongst others.

He resigned from Standard Chartered Bank to focus on Templegate Consultants Limited/Office of Digital Architecture in September 2012.

Oluwakemi Macaulay

Office Manager

Kemi MACAULAY is the Office Manager of Templegate consultants Ltd. Over the years has gained experience in Administrative, Human resources, Financial and Client relations roles. She holds a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos

Prior to her appointment at Templegate Consultants Ltd, she has worked as an Administrative Officer at Dovewell Oildfield Services where she was responsible for significant improvements in the administrative department.
She has also worked as a Price Analyst in the value-added department of Rembrandt Global Solutions.

Adebola Sowemimo

Architect

Adebola SOWEMIMO is an architect with two years’ post-graduation experience across a wide range of building types ranging from single-family dwelling units to multi-family luxury apartments, commercial offices’ development and redevelopment, places of worship, educational institutions and retail outlets.

She has also gained core competence in construction projects’ advisory roles, project research and construction project management; with over 3 years of hands-on work experience across various sectors in the built environment.

She holds a BSc. Degree in Architecture from Caleb University, Lagos, Nigeria; as well as an M.E.D. Degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria and is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA)

Some of the clients she has worked for over the past one year as an architect and project supervisor at Spatial Design Consults Limited include: Zahex Nigeria Limited, Chief Oyekunle Alex Duduyemi, Ms Bafunke Ajose Adeogun, Chief Esan Ogunleye, The Ekiti State Government, The University of Abuja amongst others.

She joined Templegate Consultants Limited in July 2017.

Oluwatosin Adewale

Architect

Oluwatosin ADEWALE is an architect with interests in a wide range of building types. He has designs ranging from single-family dwelling units to multi-family luxury apartments, commercial offices development and redevelopment, places of worship, educational institutions and retail outlets.

He has sound experience in construction project management and has also held advisory roles. He has managed several projects across various sectors in the construction industry. He holds a BSc. Degree in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria; as well as an MSc. Degree in Architecture from the same University.

He has worked both as an architect, with Fola Ajimoti Associates(Lagos) and Dezignkraft Associates(Abuja). He joined Templegate Consultants Limited in June 2017 as an architect.

Abdulmalik M. Ajayi

Architect

Abdulmalik M. AJAYI is a graduate architect with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture and planning industry. He has shown appreciable design understanding as reflected in his varied design portfolio, ranging from the design of residential, high-end mixed-use developments, industrial and commercial buildings.

He is a passionate design professional with interests in building construction, urban design, and sustainable architecture.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Architecture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho; Oyo State.

He possesses a driven force of competitiveness, he participated in various design competitions one of which he emerged winner of The Creative Architects 2016. He joined Templegate Consultants Limited in June 2017.

David O. Usiagwu

Architect

David O. USIAGWU is an architect with 2 years’ post-graduation experience across various building types ranging from single-family dwelling units to multi-family luxury developments, commercial offices’ development and redevelopment; as well as special needs’ educational facilities.

He garnered experience working as a junior architect at Bells University; Ota, during his National Youth Service, where he was involved in the design, construction and project management of many of the school’s building projects. He is currently gaining exposure in more complex architectural design solutions, architectural consultancy and construction projects across various sectors in the built environment.

He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Architecture from Caleb University, Lagos, Nigeria as well as Masters’ degree in Architecture from the same University.

He joined Templegate Consultants Limited in 2016. David is an enthusiastic designer and great team player.

Senior Architect

Abayomi AFOLABI is an architect with 26 years’ post-graduation experience across a wide range of building types ranging from single-family dwelling units to multi-family luxury apartments, commercial offices’ development and redevelopment, places of worship, educational institutions and retail outlets.

He has also gained core competence in leading project teams from initial concept design to project completion and close-out; with over 15 years of hands-on work experience across various sectors in the built environment.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Nigeria; and has been fully registered with both the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA) for almost 2 decades.

Some of the clients he has worked for over the years include: Zenon Petroleum and Gas Limited, Allied Computers Limited, Rhodax Limited, Fairshores (Oil Servicing) Limited, The Radisson Hotel Group, Agbara Estates Limited, amongst others.
