Templegate Consultants Limited was invited to submit a design proposal for six (6 no.) 4-bedroom, multi-family duplexes within the Royal Gardens Estate along the Lekki-Epe corridor.

• Due consideration for the Estate’s design guidelines with respect to property setbacks, fence design restrictions, communal site services and infrastructure, etc.
• Boundary layout of individual houses to focus on privacy, with ample provision of lush landscaping.
• The design should reflect modern/contemporary design features, adequate living spaces, etc.
• Open plan living and kitchen area with views of the central swimming pool for all 6 houses.
• Deep headrooms, doors and windows for ample natural light and ventilation.
• Consideration of the use of naturally-occurring finishing materials such as stone, wood, granite, sand, etc.
• Private terraces for key bedrooms in individual dwelling units.
